Production & Delivery
All items are made to order. Production times can vary between 3 and 5 weeks. This can be delayed at peak times (up to 8 weeks and usually from March until November). If you need an item/outfit for a specific date, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Delivery times vary, and can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location and type of postage.
All parcels needing a customs form will have their value marked as £40 or £45. This reduces the likelihood of import duty/fees needing to be paid once the item is received. This does mean that the parcel will only be insured at £40 or £45. If a parcel is lost or damaged this will be the maximum compensation. If you would like your parcel to be marked at full value please state this at checkout.
Special Delivery (Next Day) within the UK, Tracked and Signed or just Tracked for the rest of the world - Please allow up to 2 days within the UK, 7 - 14 working days for the EU and 14 working days for the rest of the world.
DHL/FedEx/Courier Service - Between 1 and 5 working days.
All items are lightly talced and send in a resealable plastic bag to helpprotect your items. They are posted to you in either a padded envelope or box depending on the size of your order.
Payment is by Paypal. "PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. We remember everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details."
Please do not use a dressing aid other than talcum powder when first trying on your item. If alterations are needed and a liquid dressing aid/lubricant has been used on the latex it will not be able to be altered.
Returns & Refunds
Custom Sized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure of your size and colour choice when ordering. As all items are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size or colour way. Returns are not accepted if you have changed your mind about an item or outfit, and are only accepted if an item is faulty.
